The story behind Nutri-Calm®

Valerian, passionflower and hops have a long and storied history of traditional use. Valerian root has been recommended for sleep and nervous system support. In World War II, it was used to help relieve stress due to frequent air raids. Passionflower was employed as both food and medicine by Native American tribes, and it quickly spread to Europe after settlers arrived. Hops has been used traditionally to support sleep, relaxation and gastric function.
